A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle used.
A current taxi or private-hire driver licence issued by the relevant authority.
A vehicle licensed for taxi or private-hire work, unless joining through an approved fleet.
Valid hire-and-reward insurance and any other required cover.
A current MOT and vehicle compliance documents where applicable.
A smartphone capable of running the latest supported Driver app.
Successful identity, document, safeguarding and fraud-prevention checks.

Earnings & Costs

Driver earnings depend on completed bookings, location, time, demand, vehicle category, applicable charges and any promotions. No minimum level of work or income is guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Drivers are responsible for understanding their own tax, insurance, vehicle, licensing and business obligations. The legal status of each driver or fleet relationship will be set out in the applicable agreement.

Maintain a clean, safe and roadworthy vehicle.
Treat passengers fairly and without discrimination.
Follow safeguarding, accessibility and assistance-dog obligations.

Do not accept bookings when tired, impaired or medically unfit to drive.
Report accidents, complaints, licence changes and safety incidents promptly.
